Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney

Location: Los Angeles and San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

Leading law firms are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join their growing teams across California (multiple offices). This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, with a strong emphasis on general liability and related cases, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle a broad caseload of general civil matters
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including depositions and document review
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a deadline-driven environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
