Managing Attorney (one step down from Partner) – Employment Litigation (Wage & Hour & PAGA)

About The Role
Our client, a top-tier California plaintiff-side employment law firm, is expanding its litigation team and seeking Counsel to Managing Attorney level attorneys with 5+ years of California wage & hour employment litigation experience.
The firm focuses exclusively on wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters and offers attorneys the opportunity to work on high-impact cases, earn exceptional compensation, and enjoy a remote-first work environment.
While the firm is plaintiff-side, candidates coming from employment defense backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply due to the quality of training and litigation rigor they bring. Prior plaintiff-side experience is not required.
Attorneys may work fully remote anywhere in California, with only 1 office visit a month to Los Angeles expected.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $140,000 – $250,000
Total Compensation Potential: Top performers earn mid- to high-six figures ($500K+)
