Job Title: Warranty Litigation Associate

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90024 San Francisco, CA 94111

Salary/Payrate: $120k -$200k plus bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!

Work Environment: Remote within commutable distance (billable hours 1950 per year)

Term: Permanent

License: Yes, must have CA Bar license active and in good standing

Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired


JOB DESCRIPTION

Out client, a respected national litigation firm, is actively seeking a driven and dynamic Associate Attorney to join our growing warranty defense litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to gain meaningful litigation experience on high-stakes cases while working alongside nationally recognized trial attorneys.

You'll be exposed to a diverse mix of sophisticated litigation matters, working alongside industry-leading attorneys. Their associates routinely play a key role in managing cases from start to finish, building invaluable skills and gaining substantial trial experience early in their careers.

Requirements:

  • Active California Bar License
  • Minimum 1 year civil defense litigation experience, including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery, and case management.
  • Experience with California Warranty Law, including the Song-Beverly Act and related statutes preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills with a passion for litigation.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Proven track record of producing top-quality legal work and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ownership mentality in handling projects.
