Senior Litigation Paralegal | San Francisco

Base Salary: 105K–$125K (35 hour work week)

Hybrid: 2 days per week in-office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume, complex caseload

• Oversee discovery including document review, organization, and production

• Build and maintain detailed case tracking (Excel)

• Monitor court dockets and proactively flag developments

• Communicate directly with clients regarding case status

• Assist with drafting and finalizing key litigation documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (defense-side strongly preferred)

• Experience supporting complex litigation matters

• Strong Excel skills

• Familiarity with court systems and filings

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently

• Comfortable working directly with attorneys and clients

• Experience with document management or litigation support platforms is a plus
