We're leading a confidential search for a Procurement Analytics & Data Strategy Lead on behalf of a company operating at the intersection of technology, AI, software, and real-world execution. It is a business growing quickly, investing heavily, and building for what comes next across highly scaled, fast-evolving environments.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who understands the real work of procurement data and analytics inside a complex, fast-scaling business. The mandate is to build the data foundation behind Procurement — bringing structure to fragmented data, creating consistency across systems and workflows, defining the right metrics and governance, and delivering reporting and insights that leaders can trust and use to run the business well.
The role sits within Finance and works closely with procurement leadership and key cross-functional partners. The scope reaches across sourcing and contracting, procure-to-pay (P2P/S2P), travel and expense, and extended workforce, with responsibility for driving clearer KPI definitions, reporting consistency, and analytics governance across those workflows.
It is a highly visible role with real ownership and the chance to help build an important capability at a critical stage of company growth. The mandate is to strengthen the data foundation behind procurement, improve how the function measures and manages what matters, and replace fragmented reporting and manual workarounds with something far more durable.
Done well, this work will influence decision-making, operating discipline, and the company's ability to scale intelligently. This role is about helping create the data backbone Procurement will rely on as the company grows, including the trusted inputs needed for stronger controls, better automation, and more intelligent workflows over time. Just as important, this person will help shape the capability itself — establishing clearer standards, building new infrastructure, and helping define how Procurement Analytics should operate going forward.
What makes this role especially compelling is the combination of the company, the team, and the timing. The people are smart, engaged, and serious about building well. The environment moves quickly. The expectations are high. And the timing is unusually good for someone who wants to step into a company with real momentum while it is still early enough for strong builders to shape meaningful parts of what comes next.

This is a strong fit for someone who wants more than a standard analytics seat. It is a chance to step into a highly visible role, help build an important capability from the ground up, and shape how an increasingly critical function operates inside a company with serious momentum, strong people, and a lot of room for impact. For the right person, this is also the kind of moment where timing matters: joining a company growing this quickly can create real long-term opportunity for builders who come in early enough to shape important capabilities well.
