We're expanding and looking for a proactive, creative Account Manager who thrives in the field and loves being in front of customers.

About this Role:

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You'll build and manage customer relationships, identify opportunities, present solutions, and work closely with distributors and supplier principals to drive business growth.

Every day is about making connections, thinking beyond the obvious, and getting deeper into accounts using Meridian's broad line card and high-touch approach.

What you will do:

  • Build relationships with customers, distributors, and supplier principals
  • Expand opportunities across multiple product lines
  • Influence supplier partners to position solutions creatively
  • Understand customer needs and propose high-tech solutions with real impact
  • Lead sales strategies, campaigns, and presentations
  • Represent Meridian with energy, credibility, and professionalism

What we are looking for:

  • Consultative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter comfortable managing multiple accounts
  • Technical curiosity — engineering or business background preferred
  • Experience in high-tech sales, distribution partnerships, or account management is a plus
  • Early-career candidates with drive and curiosity are welcome to apply
