Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Training Specialist to support and maintain our GxP training programs within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, training effectiveness, and continuous improvement across quality systems.

  • Pay rate range between $40-$50/hr
  • Will be implementing a new LMS system

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the GxP training system, including onboarding, curriculum assignments, and KPI tracking
  • Monitor training completion and proactively coordinate with trainees and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support the issuance of training materials aligned with new or revised controlled documents, ensuring compliance and traceability
  • Train new users on document control systems and ensure proper understanding of system functionality
  • Manage new user setup and training assignments within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide ongoing support to personnel to ensure effective use of LMS and quality systems tools
  • Generate, maintain, and analyze training reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training compliance, review cycles, and competency effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Quality Systems within a biopharmaceutical or regulated environment
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva QualitySuite platforms (QualityDocs, Vault Training, QMS)

Preferred Skills

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
