We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Woodside location—someone who brings a strong balance of sales leadership, business development, and team management within a refined, customer-focused retail environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is energized by driving results, building relationships, and developing a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Grow the Business

? Lead the store to meet and exceed sales goals

? Actively develop business through client outreach, local partnerships, and events

? Build lasting client relationships through elevated, personalized service

? Use reporting and metrics to inform strategy and improve performance

Lead & Develop the Team

? Hire, train, and coach a strong, accountable sales team

? Set clear expectations and lead by example on the sales floor

? Foster a culture that is professional, collaborative, and results-driven

Run a Strong Operation

? Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily store operations

? Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with the brand

? Partner with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and flow

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

? Ensure every client interaction reflects our brand's level of service

? Resolve issues with professionalism and care

? Maintain a store environment that is welcoming, inspiring, and well-executed

Culture, Compliance & Leadership Expectations

? Ensure all California labor requirements are met, including compliant meal and rest breaks

? Create a structured, supportive environment that balances team well-being with business needs

? Maintain a strong focus on sales productivity and floor presence

? Set clear expectations around professionalism, minimizing excessive socializing while maintaining a positive team dynamic

? Lead with both emotional intelligence and accountability to deliver consistent performance

What We're Looking For

? 3+ years of retail management experience (specialty or luxury preferred)

? Proven success in driving sales and developing business

? Strong leadership and team development skills

? Business-minded, comfortable with metrics and performance analysis

? Organized, detail-oriented, and operationally strong

? A passion for home, garden, design, and lifestyle retail
