SF based VC firm seeks a Fund Assistant Controller/Fund Controller to oversee the fund accounting function. Targeting a mix of fund accounting experience working at a VC or PE fund and either prior public accounting with VC/PE fund clients or prior fund admin experience with VC/PE clients. This role reports into the VP Finance and offers a flexible hybrid work schedule with long term stability.

• 12+ years of fund accounting experience at the Assistant Controller or Controller level within VC or PE.
• Experience working in-house at a fund with prior public accounting or prior fund admin experience with VC/PE clients.
