Role Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative for a commission-based position. This role is focused on generating new business and expanding our client base through proactive outreach and relationship development.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and building relationships with decision makers across key industries. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, presenting services, negotiating agreements, and bringing in new contracts.

This is a performance-based role requiring independence, consistency, and confidence in outbound sales efforts.

Compensation

Commission only, no cap

7% of the first month's contract value

Typical contracts range from $5,000 to $100,000+ per month

Earnings per deal typically range from $1,000 to $7,000+

Deals generally close within 1 to 4 weeks.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development preferred

Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups

Goal-oriented with a focus on results and performance

Self-motivated with strong time management skills
