Job Summary:
Support the manager/team by keeping them informed of activities and assisting with scheduling, reports, agendas, and meetings.
Coordinate office functions such as mail, supplies, travel arrangements, and oversee new hire logistics.
Complete and oversee special projects, both temporary and permanent, to support the team or division.
Maintain and utilize word processing programs for a variety of documents; manage information input to computer systems.
Handle the staffing of the front desk, manage phone lines, and oversee the processing of executive management team's T&E and catering orders for meetings.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in administrative roles within corporate settings preferred.
