Description:

Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA has partnered with a leading Building Services company who are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join their team in San Francisco.


The Regional Accounts Manager is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all financial, operational, and service delivery commitments are consistently met or exceeded.


The role focuses on driving profitability, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction across a portfolio of accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying new opportunities, expanding services, and supporting contract renewals.
  • Oversee financial performance, including full P&L responsibility, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and health & safety standards across all operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular reviews and ongoing engagement.
  • Support business development activities, including solution design, presentations, and onboarding of new accounts.
  • Promote collaboration, effective communication, and a high-performance culture across teams and stakeholders.


People & Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop teams to deliver service excellence and high employee engagement.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and professional growth.


Commercial & Operational Focus

  • Manage supplier performance, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure efficient staffing structures that balance cost management with service quality.
  • Drive operational excellence through governance, audits, and continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience managing facilities services accounts.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing P&L.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly when required.
