This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour and an opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry.Job DetailsSalary: $25 to $30 per hourJob Type: Full TimeLocation: San Francisco, CADuties and ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and review invoices, vouchers, and payment requestsResolve account discrepancies and related issuesBalance statements and finalize financial dataProcess accounts payable invoices and payment requests, and issue reimbursement checksMatch checks to invoices and payment requests after check runsReconcile batches and investigate payables issues with vendorsPrepare accounts for payments and verify system dataMaintain accurate filing systems for financial recordsServe as cashier and back-up receptionist when neededBreak down and cost deals, including billing for deals, swaps, and wholesalesHandle daily depositsPost accounts payable and receivable transactionsWhy Join Us?At North American Companies, you will receive comprehensive training and competitive compensation. Job Requirements:
