Job Title: Technical Program Manager - SAP BRIM (Accounts Receivable)

Location: Fremont, CA - Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong SAP BRIM Accounts Receivable expertise to lead and deliver business-critical SAP BRIM projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) modules and 15+ years of experience across SAP Quote-to-Cash areas, with a proven track record of driving end-to-end implementations in global environments.

This role requires excellent cross-functional leadership, program management, and client-facing skills, combined with the ability to design, configure, test, and deliver innovative SAP BRIM solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and document end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Finance, Operations) to ensure successful program delivery.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP BRIM solutions to meet business needs, including CI, CC, and FI-CA integration with S/4HANA.
• Prepare solution demos for Business/IT stakeholders.
• Participate in and lead all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Write test scenarios, perform unit, integration, E2E, UAT, and performance testing.
• Drive cut-over activities, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Develop training materials and knowledge transfer documents for end users and internal teams.
• Manage and resolve cross-functional issues, ensuring smooth program execution.
• Stay current on the latest SAP BRIM and S/4HANA technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate across global teams, working with Asia and EMEA regions as needed.

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Quote-to-Cash areas.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP BRIM implementation experience with strong focus on:
  
  • Convergent Charging (CC)
  • Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • FI-CA (Contract Accounting)
  • Integration with S/4 HANA (G/L postings)
• Expert knowledge of Accounts Receivables, Billing/Invoice-to-Cash posting processes.
• Hands-on functional configuration and solution design experience across Subscription Order Management (SOM), CC, CI, Convergent Mediation (CM), FI-CA.
• Experience with subscription billing, revenue models (usage-based, overage, burn-down models), complex rate structures, and real-time rating scenarios.
• Proven ability to integrate BRIM with CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS, middleware, and other non-SAP systems.
• Strong program management background, having led multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations (requirements to deployment).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage.

• SAP BRIM and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) certifications.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Prior experience in client-facing consulting or leadership roles.
