Contra Costa Civic Theatre (CCCT) in El Cerrito, California, is a successful nonprofit community theatre established in 1960. CCCT produces a season of plays and musicals along with year-round children's classes and camps. As we plan our 67th season, we are hiring a Managing Director to lead the overall financial, administrative and business needs for CCCT.
The Managing Director (Director) is appointed by the Board of Directors, reports to the Board President and works closely with the Education Director, Artistic Advisory Committee and other theatre staff. The Director is an experienced and energetic leader, responsible for maintaining an effective team internally, supporting the artistic and educational vision of the company, promoting CCCT to our patrons and extended community, and cultivating effective relationships throughout the organization and our local and regional community.
This is a full-time, salaried position, with occasional evening and/or weekend availability.
