Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate at a government location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing in accordance with site policies.; Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and following Allied Universal and site protocols for security-related matters.
