Nordstrom - - Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Maintenance Technician I & II to grow in their roles; Respond to daily break-fix and on-demand requests and troubleshoot advanced issues; Lead preventive maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment; Operate and monitor building controls and building systems, including troubleshooting alarms; Assist with administrative tasks such as parts ordering and vendor management
