A company is looking for an Audit Specialist to support Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with a focus on IT audits and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport up to six independent IT audits annually, including FISMA and financial system auditsAssist in evaluating IT systems and controls for compliance with federal cybersecurity standardsCollect and organize audit artifacts and track audit requests in automated systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field7+ years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity compliance, or risk managementExperience supporting FISMA audits and federal compliance frameworksStrong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and federal audit requirementsExperience with audit evidence collection and management of Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
