A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicates with customers, real estate agents, and escrows at the start of the transactionCollects necessary customer documentation to complete loan transactionsAssists loan originators with preapprovals and loan structuring, updating all parties on loan statusRequired QualificationsProficient product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programsAbility to analyze tax returns and calculate income for various borrowersTwo or more years of recent mortgage operations, underwriting, or processing experienceHigh school diploma or GED; customer service and/or sales experience preferredBilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
