A company is looking for a Virtual Assistant - Hotline Crisis Intervention to support their crisis intervention hotline remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage crisis hotline calls, providing immediate support and assistanceTriage and assess the needs of callers to provide appropriate crisis interventionDocument all calls and interventions accurately in the EHR systemRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBilingual (English/Spanish)Courses in psychology, sociology, or related fields are highly preferredMust be willing to work night shifts and weekends to support the 24/7 operationExperience in a mental health or crisis intervention setting is a plusAbility to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
