The primary role of the Associate Manager, Purchasing (temp), is to support the Purchasing Department by taking on various tasks, including cost comparisons, Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions, vendor interface and follow up, run KPI reporting, and data analysis as needed, etc., for the team members. This individual also works with the LVMH Coordination team for audit compliance, as well as social and environmental audits of LVMH suppliers.What You'll Do:Work with Sr. Purchasing Manager and Sr. Purchasing Director on various purchasing functions including local resourcing, new RFPs, vendor selection scorecards, business review coordination, etc.Coordinate supplier social and environmental audits and corrective action plansResponsible for running new suppliers through the Exiger platform, a risk compliance and diligence tool.Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate supplier scorecards including CSR performance and related meeting agenda and presentation materials.Collaborate with purchasing team members to implement continuous process improvement goals.Update and distribute purchasing KPI reports, i.e., Power BI spend report, Productivity Tracker.Provide cost analysis support as needed by the Purchasing teamAssist in set-up vendor form when a new vendor is created in Axapta and monitor set up timeline the Finance teamConduct ad-hoc data analyses to support team members.Support Purchasing department by performing additional duties and responsibilities as needed.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Purchasing and/or Project ManagementProficient in excel and proven experience gathering statistical data and generating reports with thoughtful recommendationsExperience with Power BIAbility to contribute to wider corporate objectives, working with other senior managersHighly numerate and able to manipulate complex sets of dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSchedule:Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly at Benefit HQThe target salary range for this position is $35.00-$50.00/hour.
