Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Technical Program Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $75.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

• Leadthe execution of technology programs and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate project teams, define roles, and hold members accountable for deliverables.
• Identify risks and misalignment early, and drive consensus on mitigation strategies.
• Manage the technology roadmap to prioritize initiatives and maximize delivery efficiency.
• Support decision-making for technology expansion, including vendor evaluations and onboarding processes.

• A minimum of 8+ years in program or project management roles handling complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, CDP, and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to manage workload and resources effectively in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Skilled in multiple project methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Experience working across GTM, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and data-related functions.

• Bachelor's degree within a related field.
• A deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with SDLC phases and non-technical project lifecycles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage complex partnerships and drive alignment.
