Key Responsibilities

· Drive day-to-day operations with suppliers and internal partners, ensuring compliance with legal, risk, financial, and privacy guidelines.

· Provide operational leadership across workflows and engage service provider teams to ensure effective execution.

· Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of operational review processes to generate actionable insights into supplier and workflow performance.

· Strategize closely with quality specialists or directly with suppliers (depending on vertical) to ensure adherence to SLAs and PRDs.

· Deliver business reviews that summarize supplier performance and facilitate feedback exchanges on scaling strategies with minimal guidance.

· Influence automation, tooling, and robotics enhancements

· Define and implement workflow efficiency scoring frameworks to proactively and retroactively identify execution gaps.

· Drive the sharing and scaling of operational successes, best practices, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities internally and externally when appropriate.

· Contribute to case studies, training initiatives, and industry or internal forums.

· Execute supplier and internal partner selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and progress evaluations for specific projects or initiatives.

· Ensure supplier activities are aligned with overarching program and business objectives.

· Provide actionable feedback to service providers and internal stakeholders to simplify complex workflows and support scalable operations.

· Partner with service provider and internal teams to define, implement, and sustain process improvements and operational changes.

· Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries within SLA requirements.

· Resolve employee query exceptions, escalations, and high-volume ticket issues.

· Analyze ticket trends to streamline, standardize, or eliminate recurring issues.

· Support employee-facing queues and stakeholder escalations with limited guidance.

· Support stakeholders in understanding policies, workflows, and operational processes.

· Contribute to the management of strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

· Participate in and help drive stakeholder meetings to define business objectives, operational requirements, and success criteria.

· Contribute to delivery of business requirements through the right supplier strategy, including:

Required Qualifications

· Supplier and vendor management

· 5+ years of experience managing scaled outsourcing operations within a technology company.

· 5+ years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third-party logistics or service provider relationships.

· Demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver results with minimal guidance.

· Scaled operations and workflow optimization

· SLA/PRD management and performance analytics

· Process improvement and operational excellence

· Stakeholder communication and escalation management

· Data-driven decision making

· Change management and continuous improvement

Pay Details: $80.29 to $97.22 per hour
