Position Summary

This is a dynamic, dual-role position combining hands-on housekeeping with after-school care and support for a pre-teen. The schedule and workload will vary depending on whether the father has his daughter that week-requiring more childcare support and later hours during those times, and more household-focused responsibilities during off weeks.

The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, nurturing, and proactive-someone who can seamlessly shift between managing the home and supporting the daughter's daily routine.
Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties:

• General light cleaning and daily upkeep of the home
• Making beds and maintaining organized living spaces
• Kitchen maintenance, including dishes and tidying
• Laundry, folding, and organizing clothing
• Simple, healthy meal preparation

Childcare & Family Support:

• School pick-up and driving to after-school activities
• Supporting and maintaining the child's daily routine
• Providing a safe, responsible, and engaging environment
• Assisting with basic needs and supervision appropriate for a 12-year-old
