About the role
GreenLight Workforce Solutions is seeking a Real Estate & Workplace Finance Analyst (Contract) to support OpenAI's global real estate portfolio.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused contract role. You will own day-to-day finance operations, ensure clean and accurate reporting, and help drive financial visibility across workplace and real estate spend. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and improving operational workflows.

Scope of Work

  • Own PO lifecycle support and related finance workflows
  • Support accruals and month-end close activities
  • Perform GL drill-downs and reconcile variances
  • Produce clear, actionable Budget vs. Actual (BvA) reporting
  • Track vendor spend and help maintain clean financial data
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and keep processes moving
This is an individual contributor contract role focused on operational excellence and financial accuracy.
Required Experience
  • 4-6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
  • Strong operational rigor with experience owning finance workflows end-to-end
  • Hands-on accounting experience, including accruals and month-end close (required)
  • Experience reconciling GL activity and analyzing budget variances
  • High attention to detail and comfort working in fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting commercial real estate, workplace, or facilities teams
  • Experience building spend or vendor reporting dashboards
