Title- Procurement Contracts Specialist
Duration-6+ MONTHS

• 5+ years of experience related to IT procurement/sourcing and contracts management experience
• Contract experience related to IT, SaaS and hardware contracts is required

• Experiencerelated to SaaS/hardware/licensing work. Understanding of licensing structure, creating a negotiation strategy, and writing contracts.
• Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA

• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contracts
• Experience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different cross-functional teams to work through contracts (ie. legal, security, vendor partners, etc.).
  • Retail technology experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.
• Four-year undergraduate degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field)
  • Background in legal is a plus
