We are seeking a senior Customer Data Strategist to incubate and scale a new retailfocused consulting offering anchored in customer data Strategy, Loyalty, and personalization. This role will be responsible for shaping the endtoend value propositionspanning customer data strategy, identity resolution, CDP/MarTech ecosystems, and AIled activationwhile translating it into measurable business outcomes for US retailers. The individual will open and anchor at least two strategic retail accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to Csuite stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, and Commerce. In parallel, they will build and lead a highperforming delivery team, establishing repeatable assets, methodologies, and best practices to enable scalable delivery and sustained growth. This role requires strong consulting DNA, deep retail domain expertise, and a proven ability to take offerings from concept to revenue.Strong Experience in Retail having worked with Industry leading Retailers in US; Business understanding of Customer Data Strategy, Loyalty and Personalization and how that impacts the Retail Business. Strong understanding of the technology tools and platforms in this space. Salary Range: $170,200-$230,300 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary:
