We seek a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and field teams in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of environmental remediation services, creating exceptional client experiences, and orchestrating successful project completion.
Your mission is to provide exceptional project coordination for environmental remediation projects, ensuring seamless communication, efficient resource allocation, and high customer satisfaction. You will facilitate communication between office and field teams, manage project documentation, proactively remove obstacles to project completion, and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
As a key point of contact, you will liaise with vendors, the warehouse, insurance adjusters, project managers, and customers. You will manage the project lifecycle, including assembling estimates, notifications, and manifests, utilizing HubSpot for documentation, and developing material allowances and scope sheets. You will also track contracts, invoices, submittals, and estimates, provide daily status updates, maintain project schedules and files, collect site reports and logs, prepare change orders and supplements, assist with material purchases and deliveries, and facilitate customer warranties and certificates of completion.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, lift/carry up to 30 lbs, operate a computer, sit for extended periods, communicate in-person/virtually/at distances, and drive with reliable transportation to offices.
Benefits and Compensation:
Starting hourly pay of $24-28/hour (DOE), with generous medical, dental, 401k, and other benefits. Ideal covers 90% of employee and 25% of dependent medical insurance premiums.
