Learning & Development Assistant - Business Teams - Alternance (12 mois) Septembre 2026 (F/H/NB)

Integrated into the Learning & Development Direction, your role will be to support the Global Publishing teams mainly based in Paris, Montreal, and San Francisco. Your mission will be to support the team in charge of proposing, designing, and conducting training projects.

More specifically, your missions will be to positively impact the performance of our international teams by supporting the construction and deployment of the training plan.

• Identify individual and collective training needs among teams
• Be a force of proposal in the search for providers, format, and training programs that meet identified needs
• Participate in the co-construction of pedagogical content with internal and external experts
• Organize the logistics of training actions (inter or intra-company)
• Analyze the performance of actions (follow-up of satisfaction KPI)
• Ensure the reporting of these trainings in our LMS (Learning Management System)
• Ensure the respect of the training budget
• Imagine, write, and format two internal newsletters
• Pilot the update and animation of our SharePoint pages, real showcases of the Learning & Development team

Qualifications

• Student, ideally with first experience in a company, in the field of Human Resources.
• You are curious, dynamic, and very rigorous and organized.
• You are looking for an operational, empowering, and formative experience in an international setting.
• You have a good relationship skills.
• You like to create: contents, simple visuals, internal messages, layouts, and you are comfortable with writing.
• You know how to take initiatives and you are a force of proposal of new ideas.
• Finally, you have a fluent English and French (spoken and written)
