Paula LeDuc Fine Catering and Events is seeking a Packout, Prep and Production Coordinator. Professionalism, positive attitude, keen sense of urgency, and attention to detail are keys to our fast paced, diverse, and ever-changing culinary program.

Duties of position:

• This position will support the culinary teams efforts by ensuring quality and quantity of all food items sent to each off-site event from start to finish.
  
• Daily routine includes receiving food items and confirming quality.
  
• Proper food handling techniques.
  
• Safely and correctly storing items.
  
• Position will be assisting the team to organize all menu items and ensure proper pack out specific to each event.
  
• Food production experience and assistance is necessary as well.
  

Qualifications:

• Well-rounded food knowledge.
  
• Ability to coordinate several activities with multiple components requiring independent follow-through and attention to detail.
  
• Be highly organized and detail oriented.
  
• Communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with management and staff at all levels.
  
• Adequately represent the organization when in contact with clients and vendors on the telephone.
  
• Possess excellent basic math skills.
  
• Efficient in food preparation and basic culinary skills.
