Position title: Manager, ERG Engagement and Communications

Location and schedule: Hybrid: March 9, 2026 to June 30, 2026. In-person at FSC office every Tuesday and Wednesday and on Sunday, June 29th to support the San Francisco Pride Parade

Reporting structure: Reports to Director of DE&I

Position overview: As part of Sephora's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) team, the Manager, ERG Engagement and Communications will play a key role in driving the company's commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture. This role will focus on enhancing engagement and communications for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across the organization.
