The purpose of this position is to plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning stage through transition to post project support with focus on working within predetermined estimates and timelines. To control the flow of information on each project to ensure the owner, construction manager, architect, subcontractors and CBRE company personnel understand the quality and schedule requirements of the project. This position is for a fulfillment/ manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Capability to manage several projects of different scale simultaneously
Must possess knowledge of MS Office suite and MS Project.
Knowledge of computer software applications such as ASANA, or ability to quickly learn.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower-level employees.

The minimum salary for this position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
