We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Financial Advisor and Registered Associate within a fast-paced financial services environment. This is a unique and meaningful opportunity to work closely with a visually impaired (VI) Financial Advisor, providing critical day-to-day support.
Location: Fully On-Site
Pay: $33–$34/hour
Type: 12-month contract (temp-to-perm opportunity)
Interview Process: 2 rounds (both onsite)
What You'll Do:
• Answer phones and manage incoming client inquiries professionally
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and calendar management
• Translate financial materials (charts, research reports, equity analysis) into accessible formats for a visually impaired advisor
• Provide general administrative and office support
• Assist with preparing and organizing documents and reports
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client and business information
• Support multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs throughout the day

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• High level of attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong sense of initiative, independence, and accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
Nice to Have:
• Prior administrative or office support experience
• Interest in building a career in financial services
• Experience working with accessibility tools or document formatting (a plus)
