Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist (Bilingual Spanish/Chinese/Hendi) based in the Bay Area. The Healthcare Specialist will assist Medicare beneficiaries by explaining coverage options, providing educational resources, and answering questions about Medicare services. The role involves advocating for beneficiaries, coordinating healthcare-related services, and performing administrative tasks as needed to support client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Background in with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in bilingual languages
• Experience in Training and educating clients or staff in healthcare-related topics
• Commitment to providing excellent service with empathy and professionalism
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field is a plus
