Jetty AI is building production-grade AI systems for companies deploying internal copilots, workflow automation, and private agent infrastructure.
We are looking for a founding US-based GTM partner to help open enterprise conversations and close high-value engagements with startups and platform teams adopting AI.
This role is commission-first with strong upside and a clear path to long-term partnership.
Why this role exists
Enterprises want agentic AI.
But they cannot send proprietary data to external providers, and most teams are still figuring out how to deploy copilots safely inside their infrastructure.
Jetty AI helps them move from experimentation to deployment.
We are already working with early customers and building Thoth, a sovereign runtime environment for internal agent workflows.
Now we're expanding our enterprise pipeline in the US.
What you'll do
Open conversations with CTOs, Heads of AI, and platform leaders
Identify companies deploying copilots, internal agents, or retrieval systems
Shape early enterprise engagements
Help close consulting engagements starting at $15K/month+
Work directly with founders on positioning and deal strategy
Influence how Jetty AI scales its enterprise motion
Compensation structure
Commission on closed engagements
Upside aligned with enterprise contract value
Equity path for strong performers
Clear partner-track opportunity for long-term builders
