Onsite in the SF Bay Area

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle
• Create and manage purchase requisitions
• Review scope changes and ensure contract accuracy
• Support stakeholders with PO tracking and system navigation
• Work within procurement/CLM systems to maintain compliance

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in pharma or biotech
• Experience with outsourcing contracts
• Strong understanding of contracts
• Experience with systems like Workday, Coupa, or Ariba
• CLM tools (e.g., Agiloft), SAP
• Familiarity with legal/contract language
• Category management experience
