Position Overview
As a Front-End Account Manager specializing in Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), you will serve as the primary strategic link between our technical engineering teams and our key customers. This role is "front-end" focused, meaning you will lead the initial engagement, design-in phases, and strategic roadmap alignment to secure long-term partnerships and product placement.
The Front-End Account Manager is not a "maintenance" role; it is an architect of opportunity. You will be responsible for the "Concept to Mass production" lifecycle—capturing requirements before they are formalized into RFQs. Your success is measured by our inclusion in the customer's program in the early phase and the seamless transition from initial concept to mass production readiness.
