Four Seasons - 706 Mission Street - Responsibilities: Respond to resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality and professionalism.; Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion through HotSOS.; Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail; coordinate with valet for vehicle retrieval.; Manage access to buildings and units for vendors, contractors, residents; verify identity and schedule access.; Update homeowner profiles with relevant information and coordinate with outside service providers for direct billing.
