Pacifica Hotels - 2400 Cabrillo Highway - Responsibilities: Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures; Facilitate guest departures and close guest accounts to determine future room availability; Regularly calculate and post monies, receipts, and other forms of credit with proper cash handling; Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and over the phone using reservation guidelines; Operate PBX equipment, set wake-up calls, and maintain cash/credit transaction balances at the front desk
