Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and access protocols; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter; Monitor for suspicious behavior and potential loss prevention concerns; Assist with crowd management and provide directions and general assistance
