Whether you have deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you're looking to apply your experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement occupancy strategies and migration sequencing plans.Analyze space utilization data to increase productivity and maximize space use.Align planning with corporate guidelines and enforce space policies and standards.Interact with organizational leadership to identify requirements and prepare status reports.Reconcile top‑down and bottom‑up seat/headcount projections.Perform detailed test‑fits.Leverage expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.Support the implementation of a CAFM system for the client.Three days (3) of onsite presence weekly.Required Qualifications5–7 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in strategic space or occupancy planning.Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or a related field.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations) and Microsoft PowerPoint.Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software.Experience with AutoCAD for basic test‑fits and square‑foot calculations.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Strategic thinking and a big‑picture perspective.Preferred QualificationsAbility to interact with executive‑level clients.Proactive and innovative approach to challenges.Strong leadership and influence skills.Adaptability and comfort with change.Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.Benefits401(k) plan with matching company contributions.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care.Paid parental leave at 100% of salary.Paid time off and company holidays.Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay.This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
