What You Will Be Doing

As the Executive Assistant, you are the strategic partner and the primary engine behind the Executive Director's daily workflow. You manage the complex logistics and communications that allow for visionary leadership and strategic growth.

What We're Looking For

We need a high-level self-starter with the anticipatory thinking to solve problems before they arise. You must possess the emotional maturity to remain calm in "crisis mode" and the relational intelligence to navigate complex social dynamics.

• Experience: 4+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior leader (CEO, Director, or Principal), ideally in an Educational setting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education Administration, or a related field.
• Bilingualism: Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and design tools like Canva.
• Discretion: An ironclad commitment to confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel and student data.
