Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting issues through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with property guidelines, assisting with authorized entry procedures when needed; Support a professional residential environment by communicating with residents and management regarding security-related matters, unusual conditions, and/or maintenance concerns observed during patrols
