Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the lobby, parking areas, perimeter, and other assigned spaces; Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, helping to support site policies related to entry, exit, and restricted areas; Prepare clear, detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and/or maintenance or security-related issues for Allied Universal and site leadership
