Job Description :

We are looking for a nearshore resource to support overnight retail deployment projects across U.S. stores. This role will act as a technical coordinator, assisting field technicians during installations, ensuring smooth execution, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Support overnight store deployments (6-10 stores per night)
Guide field technicians through:
Installation steps
Checklists and task sequencing
Device validation and testing
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
Perform basic troubleshooting for:
Network connectivity issues
POS devices and store systems
Coordinate with internal teams (network, applications, etc.) to resolve issues
Track and log:
Installation status
Timekeeping / progress updates
Join scheduled coordination calls (e.g., Zoom) to support technicians in real time
Escalate issues and route to the appropriate teams when needed

Project Context
Retail store upgrades including:
POS (Point of Sale) system installations
Network/broadcast device setup (for in-store connectivity)
Electronic shelf label / in-store device support
Devices are pre-staged and shipped to stores - technicians install, this role guides + validates remotely

Required Skills
Basic networking knowledge (connectivity, troubleshooting)
Experience supporting U.S.-based operations or teams
Familiarity with:
POS systems (preferred)
Retail IT environments (nice to have)
Strong communication + coordination skills
Ability to troubleshoot and escalate effectively

Experience
Junior to mid-level (2-5 years preferred)
Not highly senior - more execution + coordination focused
