Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Overview

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis in support of strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Accounting and business leaders, ensuring financial accuracy, actionable insights, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple departments

Build and maintain financial models to project business performance and growth

Analyze trends, KPIs, and variances; provide actionable insights to leadership

Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations

Partner with Accounting on month-end and year-end close, financial statements, and GAAP compliance

Support audits, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis

Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and workflow efficiencies

Strengthen internal controls and support risk management initiatives

Partner with department heads on cost management and operational efficiency

Mentor and support junior finance team members

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or blended Finance/Accounting roles

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills

Strong accounting foundation (GAAP, financial statements, GL activity)

Advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, etc.)

Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders

Preferred

Strong accounting or treasury background

Experience with Power BI or advanced analytics / automation tools

Experience with Yardi or similar real estate / property management systems
