Handyman Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman Technician to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of home repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential and light commercial properties.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting customers' homes and property.
• Complete projects efficiently and within designated timeframes.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA guidelines.
• Use mobile technology (CRM software) to track work orders, update job status, and submit reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in general home repairs, handyman services, or construction.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to carry basic tools and materials.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
