In this Manager, Accounting position, you will be a vital member of our finance team working with both management and service companies.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash reconciliations and monthly closings
• Maintaining the accuracy of all general ledger accounts
• Overseeing accurate allocations of expense reimbursements and understanding the related allocation methodologies
• Generating regular reports showing financial results for management
• Assisting with tax and regulatory reporting
• Assisting with preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Assisting with coordinating and completing annual audits
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with supervising accounting staff and manage their performance

Candidate Requirements/Qualifications:

• B.S. in Accounting
• CPA with Big 4 experience preferred
• 5-7 years experience
• Experience with treasury functions, month end closings, financial statements and audits
• Strong excel skills
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with QBO preferred
