Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial electrical estimating with a stable, long-term work history in the industry. For the right candidate, we are open to remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key Qualifications:

· Proven experience in electrical estimating, ideally across ground-up construction, tenant improvement (TI), medical, OSHPD, schools, life science, EV charging, utility companies, and/or Federal projects (Federal experience is a plus, but not required)

· Solid background in commercial, industrial, or Federal projects

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

. Strong relationships within the industry and the ability to build new relationships with new clients

. Experience with design assist / design build projects

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

. The ability to work with lighting vendors, gear vendors, ups vendors, etc. for accuracy

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work Conditions:

· Primarily office-based role with occasional visits to job sites as needed

· Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects

Open to remote or hybrid work arrangements for the right candidate

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Occasional walking on job sites, which may involve standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs

· Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., carrying plans or equipment)
