Full-Stack Engineer

The Role

Join our startup to build and ship the company's core product, connecting AI/voice systems to clinician-facing apps, internal tools and dashboards. This role owns product development from prototype to launch, requiring cross-stack work (frontend/backend/infrastructure) and fast problem-solving in a startup environment. Collaborate closely with Product, AI and leadership to turn our voice engine into a reliable, production-ready product.

What You'll Do

1. Product & App Development: Build/maintain clinician-facing UIs with React/Next.js; deliver end-to-end full-stack features (UI ? backend APIs ? deployment); build user-friendly, fast and high-quality software aligned with product/workflow needs.

1. Internal Tools & Dashboards: Design/develop internal tools, admin portals and dashboards for operations, product monitoring, implementation support and workflow management; build systems to boost team efficiency and support QA/launch tooling.

1. AI Backend Integration: Connect frontend/app layers to AI/voice-processing backends; build/maintain APIs for model output integration; collaborate with AI engineers to ensure observable, production-ready AI-driven workflows; bridge backend models and customer-facing products.

1. Backend & Platform: Build backend services (Python/Node.js); design/integrate APIs; implement auth/access controls; support cloud deployment, monitoring, logging and production troubleshooting; ensure system reliability and technical quality.

1. Launch & Operational Support: Support product/customer launches and pilot deployments; troubleshoot/fix pre/post-launch issues; contribute to QA, release validation and production issue resolution; partner with cross-functional teams for smooth launches.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years professional full-stack/software engineering experience (cross frontend/backend)

• Proficiency in React/Next.js (modern component-based frontend)

• Strong Python/Node.js skills (backend API design & service integration)

• Experience building and deploying production-grade web applications end-to-end

• History of building dashboards, internal tools or business-critical workflow apps

• Familiarity with auth/authorization, API integration and production debugging

• Cloud deployment, logging, monitoring and basic operational support experience

• Strong product sense; ability to collaborate with PMs/designers/engineers in a fast startup

• Comfort owning ambiguous problems and shipping pragmatic solutions quickly
